How to copy and paste the cells value but not the formula?

I am trying to copy cells B18 and B20 on Sales sheet and paste them into cells B17 and B19 of the profits sheet. I tried making a simple macro but it didnt work and there was an #REF error. Could someone please tell me how I can solve this problem. Thanks!!
